These resources are for you if you have been struggling with chronic aches and pains or other symptoms like dizziness or fatigue, headaches, migraines, digestive problems and more. When we are able to shift our nervous system from a state of "fight or flight" into a state of calm and safety, then we allow for healing to take place. We share these resources frequently with our clients suffering from chronic health problems. They are a game changer! They have taught our team so much about the powerful mind-body connection and how we can best harness our brain and nervous system's ability to change itself for healing many types of conditions. We integrate the methods used in these resources into our work with clients.
The Curable App provides evidence-based lessons about the neuroscience of pain as well as other techniques including: guided meditations and visualizations, CBT techniques and expressive writing exercises that target the mental and emotional drivers of pain from every angle. These techniques can allow you to heal from other symptoms as well: fatigue, general malaise, etc and not just pain!
